Some of her most unforgettable experiences include kayaking through Norway’s Nærøyfjord, hiked overnight to watch a volcanic eruption in Iceland, paragliding over the Swiss Alps on her first solo trip, and snowmobiling to an ice cave on a glacier during one of her two wedding ceremonies in Iceland.
